First time shopping at Dimensional and not disappointed! I thought buying discount furniture wouldn’t be this enjoyable. Better selection of furniture and accessories than I thought I’d find. Customer service on point and don’t forget to look at the catalogs because you can order stuff 😀

We came here in June 2016 when we moved to Oakland. We had seen few stores in SF, Berkeley and and this was a really good choice in terms of price and choices. We didn't want to buy cheap Ikea stuff eventhough we are renting because we prefer good quality furniture that will last.

Great variety of sofas, coffee tables, dinning tables and bedroom sets. We were very happy with our choices and the things we bought are still in good condition 10 months later.

We bought:
- Dining table and 6 chairs. Table is expandable (easy to handle) and accommodates up to 8 people)
- lovely light colour coffee table which is at a perfect height to put our feet up 🙂
- two bedrooms sets of queen beds and mattresses, nightstand (1) and dresser. Sturdy beds and good quality. Wish the dresser cabinet were bit larger and deeper to put more clothes in.

The furniture is good and makes the house feel like a cozy home. Sofas are comfortable which is what we wanted since we love to lay down at night while watching movies! The dining table is tall and big which is what we wanted although kind of regretting not getting the same style in normal height 😛 but can be fun if used rarely I guess.

Price wise this place is well balanced. Not super cheap like Ikea but not too expensive either so it's there in the middle.

Overall, love this place. Dave (the guy upfront) is really nice and helpful. The delivery guys who assembled the furniture were really nice, fast and efficient. Very happy and recommend it.

Got this cute little gem of a suede pull out couch for our smaller guest/office bedroom. Pulls out into a Queen bed. Came with the blue pillows, the throw and rust orange pillows are my own addition. The service was solid with $50 delivery fee but that includes them assembling in our apt. Make sure to tip your delivery people!!

I ordered furniture from here for my place. They had a huge place with lots of choices on couches beds and dressers. They had a whole 2nd floor dedicated mostly to dining. The service was fantastic. It took less than two weeks to receive my furniture. They delivered it right when they said they would and put it together. They left no mess and were in and out quickly and politely.

Got two bookcases delivered from them. The prices were pretty good, but the delivery service was outstanding. They brought the bookcases already built and installed the shelves quickly.

I ordered a cute console table and it fell apart one day after delivery. I spoke with the sales person, sent her a picture, and she told me they will send me another one. A week later, I called to follow up and the sales person passed the phone to the manager who said that I would have to pay $100 for the damage. The manager was rude when he talked to me over the phone. I would never buy another piece of furniture from this place.

Yes they have great prices and are I believe locally owner here in Oakland. Why spend $300 -$400 more when they deliver at a great price and very willing to help you out along with the entire staff including the delivery drivers. Their delivery prices are half of what all the other stores want. Please go and see what they have at a great price and great deliver and removal services. Scott
