La verdad súper costosos los gatos comunes, me parece un precio de locos, es un edificio antiguo y no ofrecen la calidad para lo costoso que es, el jacuzzi súper cochino, el gym súper antiguo y tiene olor a humedad, y el jadin lleno de popo de perros, no lo recomiendo para nada, hay mejores opciones y un mejor precio

I have lived at the Artistry for three weeks, and it has been a seamless experience. The 2 bedroom apartment is huge and well maintained. The community is quiet, and Ziamora and staff have been so welcoming and helpful in our move. Michelle, the onsite manager, is awesome as well. I highly recommend this complex for its amenities, location and affordability. Great deal!

Lived here since May 2023 and it’s been great. Leasing staff is helpful and maintenance is always quick to fix stuff for me or answer any questions I have. Special shoutout to Eder w maintenance for always being so kind and helpful

Overall it's a 5 star for this apartment in-terms of maintenance and service requests. The online portal is more than convenient to put in a service request and the maintenance team always go beyond for all requests.

Eder has mostly been the one to help around the apartment for most of my requests. He completed one request today in less than 2 hours after I submitted a work order. Thank you, Eder for all your help and professionalism.

Did not have a good experience. First Apartment is nice but you’re paying for everything. Water boiler ect. Parking is not free. And monthly payment for animal. Now I applied a month or two ago Credit check is $51 and mandatory deposit $250 and that’s when you apply not on approval.
I sent it time frame of approval was supposed to be 4 days. Soon as I sent in money the next day I started receiving emails that I needed to turn in money or I would be rejected but I have my receipts. I talk to the move in team. They said since there in ATL it just hadn’t got there yet. So I disregarded it. 2 weeks go by and I had been calling and emailing for update no answer definitely no email response. 2 times someone finally answered said someone would call back. Then I got a letter in the mail that my application was rejected with no reason why . So I called about my deposit now they tell me ATL has to send it to me 7 to 10 business days. Never stated that before hand waited 12 days nothing so I went up there. Spoke with totally different people hadn’t see or spoke to the times prior. They look in say I was denied for the application, required paper nor did I turn in the money. I showed my receipt as proof so they called around then finally told one of the women to check the Volt. So I wait Lady comes back out with my whole folder. With my application, documents and 2 separate money orders because the $51 has to be in 1 money order and the $250 in another one anyway. The way they kept asking did I even pay and talking to me just pissed me of. The full process was really unprofessional and to top it I had to bay $3 for each money order and to cash them back in was $17 for the $250 and $7 for the $51 so I didn’t even get my money back and before anyone ask I do have a bank Chase but to get Cashiers checks is $10 a piece . Also have a Voucher so the $250 shouldn’t have been mandatory til after approval for Low Income also found them on Zillow paid the $35 for the month that’s suppose to buy pass credit check fees but nope.

So I truly had a awesome experience with the staff member from Darren to Michelle to every person that came in contact....all the staff
They it was very nice courteous they were so awesome nice moving in was not hard at all because how they was very professionally
And welcome Us as humans 😉 I'm truly thankful for our new home nice area no train sounds from our view 🪟 we happy

Artistry just has a funky vibe that I’m interested.
I made an appt to visit and tour the place and see if it’s what I really wanted to dive into. Meeting ziomara was a breath of fresh air.
She was kind, friendly and knew her space. She answered all my questions and made me feel like I was already a resident.
Thank you ziomara for helping us decide on which apartment would fit our needs.
