Ecology Air Innovations did an excellent job installing our new complete HVAC system and (extensive) new duct work. In the initial consultation Mark explained every step of the project clearly and all our requests and questions were addressed. Once Jake and the rest of the team arrived, installation was quick, efficient and smooth. Everyone was friendly, professional and very respectful of our home. One thing that stood out for us (among the other competitors) was the excellent warranty. I would recommend this business to anyone looking to improve or replace their heating and air. Doesn't happen often, but it's nice when you can have a company provide a service "in your home" and you feel comfortable with them. Clean cut, great people skills, good manners and professional. We found this company to be honest and suggested "needed" repairs/maintenance. Pricing was very competitive.

Experience was painless and work was top notch. We had them install a hard start device on our AC, HVAC maintenance and they modified a vents in our walls. Everything done was great. Zero regrets.

I decided to go with Ecology Air Innovations after my 33 old HVAC system crapped out on me. They installed a brand new Trane two stage heat pump, variable speed air handler, and all new ducts. I had been looking into Trane equipment because, while a little more expensive, I wanted to go with something reliable and Trane is one of the best. I received multiple quotes on that type of equipment and Ecology Air Innovations beat everyone else's price by a mile. Mark, the owner of the company, initially responded to my request and responded back very quickly. He came out and gave me the estimate the next day. He was very professional and helped me answer any questions I had. Three of his employees came out to do the work the next week and finished the total install in two days. They were all very professional and polite.

One final thing, I received a SMUD rebate with the new install that was only good through the end of the month, and I was doing this very last minute...Mark jumped through hoops for me to make sure all of the paperwork got submitted in time so that I received the rebate.

I couldn't be happier and I highly recommend them!

Mark from Ecology Air was a true blessing. He was able to install an entire new system within the same week that I called him. His pricing was more than fair and the team was very fast and impressively efficient. They waited in their work trucks for approximately 10 minutes until the scheduled time of 8:00 am as they approached the door.
They began unloading the trucks and worked as a team. Everyone was moving until the work was completed. At that time, the Foreman tested the system and asked if we were satisfied with the work. He shook my hand with a smile, and once again, they worked as a team cleaning the work area.
My wife and kids are VERY THANKFUL that our system works so well.

Mark and his team have worked on two different systems for my family. At our first house they helped us recover from another companies install and it was so nice to have everything working correctly and be able to put that stress behind us. When we moved to our new house an entire system needed to be replaced, ducting and everything, and his team came out and did a great job. They are super responsive to all my requests.
