Terrible Purchase Experience!

the product was acceptable...the nightmare/disrespect lost a customer.

extremely tightly packed with PEANUTS...could not be worse...the only way to extract inner box was to tear open outer box and sweep up multiple hundreds of plastic waste pieces... extremely hard compressed peanuts packed together that formed a bond...
Peanuts needed to be hand extracted with a 4' pole to loosen and dislodge.

it took my housekeeper over an hour to clean up the MESS...at my expense

i never would have bought from any store that would disrespect a customer this way.

there's a reason most businesses will not accept any shipments packed with peanuts!...

understand that my local waste company and county will not accept cardboard with plastic together - each must be Trashed separately...so, expect total aggravation...

if they were not physically Bonded together, as shipped, i could have just covered the open shipping box with a trash bag and spilled them into it...

essentially, the inner box was "Frozen" to the Peanuts and would Not slide out - i'm a weight lifter and i struggled greatly to separate the inner box from rest.

and most of the contact points (at the ends) of these 4' fluorescent bulbs punctured both ends of the external box....so really not protected well in spite of the strongly bonded peanuts around the sides...would be impossible to return without a fresh outside box and packaging peanuts...and the external box did not alert the shipper with the needed FRAGILE WARNING indication...a highly problematic return, if needed...

Placed order by phone for a lightbulb I couldn’t find locally. Product arrived promptly and packaging was highly protective and secure. Excellent quality. Would definitely shop with these good folks again. Shipping was pricey but only a little more more expensive than price I would have paid for the bulb alone locally.

1000 Bulbs is a legit business and has high integrity!
Someone placed a Fraudulent Purchase using my credit card number and their own shipping address. 1000 Bulbs caught the discrepancy, and placed a hold on the order so they could verify the identity of the purchaser.
Unfortunately, the money the fraudster used was for my December rent and they wiped out all my money.
Fortunately, I called them and spoke with the sweetest gal ever. Her name was ASHLEY. She was so compassionate and researched the order for me. She immediately canceled the order, and then sent me some emails showing the fraud so I can work with my bank to try and get the money that was taken.

Kudos to Ashley and the shipping department for looking out and making the incident less stressful.

I would highly recommend this business!!!

No thanks to anyone at 1000 bulbs who packed and shipped a crushed case of lamps deliberately. As the outer shipping case had no damage! Plenty of broken lamps!

Placed an online order that was accepted with payment. Was then notified 3 days later that the product was discontinued. This company seems to be a drop-ship company without any inventory and publishes stale product availability. Let me know if this is incorrect.

Almost too good to be true….. I compared pricing w/ Amazon & other online companies, was skeptical at first. I called & actually spoke to someone that immediately knew about the light fixture I wanted & gave me specific detail about the product. At that point I decided to place my order. I received my 4’ high bay light fixtures a day sooner that the eta originally given. Definitely recommend this company & I will order from
1000 Bulbs again!!!

I found exactly the bulb I needed at an affordable price, and shipping was super quick! Definitely will purchase from here again. My only regret was not purchasing all my bulbs here sooner!

My experience working with Michael Said has been an amazing one. Michael was very polite, courteous, professional, and expeditious in the handling of my order. He was refreshing to speak to over the phone, and his expertise was "bar-none." He is definitely someone I'd like to work with in the future, and the reason I've rated this organization so highly.
